Oral vowels are called this way because when voicing these, the air streams out only through the mouth.
French does not only have the nasal vowels, but also the oral vowels, even though usually they are quite easy. The only difficulty are probably the vowel ue and oe, which are not sounds the English language knows.
Again a bit of practice will help to also master this challenge. |
