2.4.2.10 The R

The French r is stronger than the soft English r (again depending on, where you come from). However, it is formed in the upper throat. Your pronunciation of the r will probably tip French folks off to the fact that you´re not native, but that doesn´t mean that they won´t understand you. Still, it is worth trying to pronounce it correctly.
